When using food - grade alcohol to produce fruit pectin, in the process of using it, the alcohol is sent to the regeneration column, where it is cleaned and strengthened. The reinforcing column is equipped with high-performance ADV (EDV) valve plates made of stainless steel. The resulting purified product is cooled on a recuperative heat exchanger and sent to the pectin-protein production line.
