A mechanical seal, which may be needed when selecting an analogue for a domestic pump. Open spring, one of the most inexpensive seals depending on the friction pair. To select materials, please determine the presence of sand and other abrasives in the environment when contacting. You will also need chemical aggressiveness and temperature to select rubber.

Standard options are graphite on ceramics and carbide on silicon carbide, but in general any material combinations are possible.

Liquid type:

• Cold water: water in cooling systems, ethylene glycol solutions or brine solutions in cooling systems.
• Hot water: network water with anti-corrosion additives NaOH (pH 9...10), boiler feed water, oils or water-oil solutions.

Areas of use:

• Drinking or industrial water 5-12°C;
• Air conditioning 0-20°C;
• Cooling or air conditioning systems -40 - +15°C;
• Heating<90°C;
• Central heating<90°C; 
• Boiler feed >90°C -<140°C;
• Flammable oils or industrial waste oils.

Warning!Risk of leakage due to additives! Risk of rubber destruction!
