The principle of operation is to remove solid particles from the liquid continuously and quickly, by mechanically separating the liquid into a liquid and solid phase. Solid particles with a higher density than the liquid are pressed against the inner wall of the bowl and deposited, while liquids with a lower density form coaxial inner layers. All parts in contact with the product are manufactured in accordance with international food industry standards.
