An important advantage of ceramic packing is their wear resistance. They do not react with the components of raw alcohol / mash, and therefore, with proper care, such a nozzle will serve you for many years. In addition, cleaning such a nozzle is very simple - you can use ordinary dish detergents or a weak solution of citric acid.
This type of packing is irregular. This means that the nozzle is not laid in layers, but in bulk, which is easy to do on your own.
