Diaphragm dosing pump for AQUA MVB mixers, AISI 316L 105 l/h, 8 bar, 0.37 kW, 380V

The AQUA MV series pumps are diaphragm motor-driven metering pumps designed for installation with agitators. The MV metering pump is suitable for applications where it is necessary to mix water and powder to create a product to be dosed. Mounted on a tank, by influencing the stroke length, it can first mix and then aspirate the product into the tank. The MV pump is used in the beverage industry (wine, beer, fruit juices) for dosing diatomaceous earth or for dosing diatomite or polyelectrolytes with a maximum viscosity of 1800-2000 cps. The MV pumps are manufactured to high quality standards, are easy to use and require minimal maintenance. The liquid to be dosed is separated from the mechanism by a diaphragm. This, in addition to dosing, protects the mechanism from the negative effects of the dosed liquid. The MV pumps have an output shaft for connecting an agitator. Accuracy +/- 2% from 10% to 100% of the nominal flow. Standard micrometric manual adjustment, 1 mm per revolution. Adjustment 0-100% during operation or when the pump is stopped. Possibility of interrupting the liquid flow without stopping the mixer. The pump can be installed on the tank thanks to the lower connecting flange.
