DNX1-185B homogenization and emulsification pump

The DHX1 homogenization and emulsification pump has a set of double stators and double rotors in the pump chamber. The drive shaft of the rotors is made of S.S.316, sealing equipment-double mechanical seal with water flushing. The pump shaft is supported by a bearing housing and connected to the motor via a coupling. The theory behind this pump is to take the medium from the inlet and outlet after homogenization and emulsification. These products can be used in cyclic processing of medium and small-scale production and short-distance transmission, homogeneous and emulsion. It will have excellent homogeneous and emulsion characteristics when combined with vertical homogeneous emulsion machines with high shear.
