Na...74M pumps are designed for operation with mineral oils with viscosity from 21 to 265 mm2/s (cSt) at oil temperature from +10 to +50°C and ambient temperature from 0 to +50°C.
The recommended working fluids are mineral oils of the VNII NP-403 type according to GOST 16728-78, IGP-30, IGP-38 according to TU 38-101413-97. Nominal oil filtration fineness is 40 microns. Working fluid purity class 14 according to GOST 17216-71.
The permissible duration of continuous operation of the maximum pressure of axial piston pumps on...74M is no more than 40 seconds with a load interval of at least four seconds. In such modes, 90% of the resource is 1200 hours. Continuous operation of the pump at a flow rate below the minimum should not exceed 30 minutes.
Field of application: to convert the mechanical energy of the drive shaft rotation into hydraulic energy of the working fluid flow on the hydraulic drives of the Stan-300 and hydraulic cylinders of scissors, oil pumps 1, 2, 3 installed on annealing furnaces, etc.
