Pumping equipment brand DS-125 is a gear device that has external gearing. The operation of this station is based on the following processes: the drive gear, connected to the driven element, creates rotational movements, during which a special area of low pressure (vacuum medium) is formed between the teeth that come out of engagement.
In turn, the used working substance (bitumen, fuel oil, etc.) is transferred to the suction area, subsequently moving to the opposite side of the unit, where an area of increased pressure is created. After that, the viscous liquid is pushed out into the outlet. At the same time, all operating elements of the DS-125 equipment are lubricated with the substance that is being pumped.
