It is used for pumping molasses, molasses, pulp, wort, caramel, varnish, bitumen.
The gear pump of the P6-PPV brand consists of a pump, a single-stage cylindrical gearbox, two couplings, an electric motor that are mounted on a common welded plate. The pump consists of a steel housing with suction and discharge nozzles, one pair of working gears and two cast-iron covers with sliding bearings pressed into them. The steel housing, clamped between two cast-iron covers by means of studs, is the pump chamber.

The principle of operation is simple and consists in the fact that during rotation, the fluid filling the cavities of the gears moves along the inner wall of the pump housing until the teeth lock together. Due to
