Applications: pump for juice, milk, whey, wine, wine material, beer, wort, mash, syrup, water, emulsion and oil. Self-priming liquid ring pump with a star-shaped impeller, with a double direction of rotation, designed for continuous operation. The special hydraulic geometry allows the pump to operate even in the presence of air bubbles in the liquid.
The liquid ring pump provides suction capacity by simply filling the pump casing through one of the hose holders. Suction capability in both directions of rotation.
The pump can be used to pump any type of common liquid that should not be chemically aggressive or abrasive. Some examples are: water, wine, milk, vinegar, low viscosity oil solutions, neutral liquid detergents, diesel fuel. The viscosity of the liquid should not exceed 4 cP for continuous free-flow operation and should not exceed 20 cP for intermittent free-flow operation with an operator present to monitor.
After use, flush with clean water to rinse the internal surfaces of the pump. The external parts should be cleaned with a slightly damp sponge and then immediately dried with a cloth.
