Rotor seals are installed on hydraulic pumps and hydraulic motor shafts to prevent fluid leakage from the housing along the shaft.
PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene, Teflon or PTFE-F4) seals have rare physical and chemical properties and are widely used in technology. They have high heat and frost resistance, remain flexible and elastic at temperatures from -70 ... + 270 ° C. Teflon has very low surface tension and adhesion and is not wetted by water, fats or most organic solvents.
We can manufacture hydraulic sleeves from elastic and durable materials: polyurethane (HPU, C-HPU, PU) and rubber blends "elastomers" (NBR, H-NBR, etc.), synthetic polymers (POM, PTFE).
