HERMETICA specializes in the design and production of mechanical seals for pumps in the municipal, energy, shipbuilding, pulp and paper, oil and chemical industries.
HERMETICA mechanical seals are manufactured in three types:
- With a preload, rotating unit-a type of seal designed for pumping liquid with a temperature of up to 200 °C. It is the most common (type 112, 211, 251, 251/D, 153, 313, etc.).
- With a rotating metal bellows-for use when pumping liquid at temperatures from 150 to 400 °C.
- With a fixed metal bellows-the application parameters are the same as for the second type.
