Pumping of hydrochloric acid is provided by pumps of the following types:

  • Solenoid metering pumps;
  • Diaphragm motor metering pumps;
  • Horizontal centrifugal chemical pumps;
  • Mdiaphragm pneumaticpumps;
  • Vertical semi-submersible chemical pumps;
  • Drum Chemical Pumps.

Pumping hydrochloric acid is a difficult and dangerous task, the pumping process requires the use of reliable and high-quality pumps made of special resistant materials, which is associated with the properties of hydrochloric acid and the special conditions that arise when pumping hydrochloric acid.

Hydrochloric acid pumps

  • Diaphragm pneumatic pumps for slip they work at the expense of compressed air energy, they do not have a gearbox and a motor; the absence of bearings and rubbing parts eliminates damage, simplifies the maintenance of pumps that do not need lubrication. The work does not use electricity, so they are safe, sparking is completely excluded.
  • Barrel pumps are small-sized and especially convenient for pumping solvents, liquids from a barrel.
  • Horizontal centrifugal chemical pumps made of polymer have high performance, driven by a direct drive motor (max. 3000 rpm) designed for fast pumping and/or pumping of liquid at a flow rate of 5 to 55 m3/h.
