ECV pumps are widely used in Ukraine to extract water from artesian wells.
In every corner of Ukraine, in almost every village, town and city, these pumps have been indispensable for providing water supply to residents and virtually any production facility.
The pump marking consists of three capital letters ECV and numbers:
E - electric motor as a drive C - centrifugal action W - water (working medium).
These pumping units were manufactured in Ukraine at two plants - Kherson Electromechanical Plant and Berdiansk Azovenergomash Plant.
Due to certain circumstances, it is currently impossible to manufacture and supply these pumps, so our company decided to supply imported pumps, which can completely replace ESP pumps in terms of their hydraulic characteristics, and whose design, material and maintainability are much higher.
Our website presents the SD and SP series of downhole pumps.
Both series have an oil-filled motor that can be rewound. The connecting flange (adapter caliper) of the motor and pump unit is made according to the NEMA standard, which makes these motors universal and allows them to be used with pump units from other manufacturers (Pedrollo, Speroni, Wilo, Saer, etc.).
The guide diffusers and impellers of the SD series pumps are made of durable PC, POM plastic, and the rest of the parts (motor casing, shaft, coupling, adapter caliper) are made of stainless steel.
The motor diameter is 4 inches, which means that such pumps can be installed in wells with a diameter of 120 mm or more.
The flowing part of these models is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, which allows these pumps to be used in mineral water wells.
The impellers are mounted to the shaft with tapered spacer bushings, and the compact stamped stainless steel diffusers contain a plastic bearing and a plastic guide ring, which guarantees high hydraulic efficiency.
The design of the pump unit does not include any spacers, adapters, washers, thrust rings or spacers, which makes repairing the pump simple and quick.
The motor diameter is 6 inches, meaning that these pumps can be installed in wells with a diameter of 150 mm or more.
